Exchanges and Returns:

Your KMQ purchase isn’t quite right? Never mind, you are more than welcome to exchange it for another size or item. You must email us within 3 days of receiving your purchase, you will receive details of how to return your item to us, then it must be in the post with 7 days of receiving our return email. Of course all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

If, heaven forbid, an item has a fault or the quality fails to live up to your high expectation of all KMQ items, we will do everything we can to help, from replacements to repairs to store credit.
Irregularities must be brought to my attention within 7 days of receipt and authorised returns must hit the post box within 14 days of receipt.
